Look at all the work I have laid out for this semester, Spring 2026.
I am Joel Miranda. I am majoring in New Media Tech and I currently don't really know what I want in life. Right now I am just trying to hang in there and make the most of my life. I want to do more though.
I made this poster as my first assignment in New Media, we learned about text and digital graphics, using Illustrator. I chose to depict this game I really enjoy playing. I wanted to give the feeling of uneasiness and depth of being deep in the ocean. The poster grabs you and makes you wonder what the game is about.
I made these icons to represent different aspects of my daily life. I chose a camera based on how I like to take pictures of people and places. Water bottle is meant to just show how I need to remind myself to drink more water. I also like to 3d print stuff that actually benefits me instead of 3d print slop. I also decided to represent my computer since I am on it most of my free timer.
This is my animation assignment (#3), the focus of this assignment was on how to bring your poster to life. The first iteration shows how I wanted to do it but with revision and feedback I was able to make something better.
This is my final project, The video is based around a superpower you have but I have not finished it and mostly gave up. The video was intended to be longer with a lot miore scenes. Thanks for everything
